REFUND & RETURN POLICY - AURAPATCHES
You may request a return within 90 days from your order date.
For Unused/Unopened Products:
- Product must be in original, unopened packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout
- Returns must include a tracking number shared with us via email
For Used Products ( 90-Day Guarantee):
- If you've used AuraPatches consistently and it hasn't worked, you do NOT need to return it
- Simply contact us, answer a few usage questions, and we'll process your refund or send a replacement
Please Note: AuraPatches requires 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use for optimal results, as your body needs time to adjust and respond to the transdermal delivery system. We ask that you give the product adequate time before requesting a refund.

💳 HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Important: To receive the fastest refund possible, please contact us directly via email before initiating any dispute with your bank or credit card company.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Delays: Refunds for shipping delays beyond expected timeframes are not available, as these delays depend on the courier and are outside our control.
However, you ARE entitled to a full and immediate refund if:
- Your package has not been delivered within 90 days from your order date
- You purchased Shipping Protection and the delivery exceeded the limits in our Shipping Policy
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period (more than 10 business days), contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or ship a replacement product FREE OF CHARGE.
❌ WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND
To ensure fairness for all customers, refunds are not available in these situations:
- Product was not used according to our instructions (inconsistent use, insufficient time, improper application, etc.)
- Return request made after 90 days from order date
- Shipping fees (unless Shipping Protection was purchased)
- Orders where a bank dispute/chargeback has been initiated (please contact us first!)
